Returns and Exchanges

 

Domestic Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.

You have 30 Days to initiate a return or exchange from the date an order was delivered, regardless of where you are in the world. 

Contact us at hello@johnandmickie.com  to start your return. Note the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 

All returns and exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label. Your payment will be credited within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Exchanges

 An exchange is not guaranteed until you drop off the original order at the shipper and it is scanned by their center. Once the shipper receives the package you will receive an email confirming your exchange is being processed (made). Please note, we will wait to ship out the new exchange until we receive the original item back. This process could take a week to 10 days. 

International Returns

International are only eligible for a refund. Returns for a refund to the original payment card will incur a prepaid shipping label fee.

Please note that customs fees and shipping charges from our warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of the order are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable
